Poster Project 1
1) Describe your poster's message.
I'm just saying to live life to its fullest before your life ends.
2) Describe your design choices for each- what were some of the choices you made and why?
I Highlighted the words "Shine" and "Light" because i wanted them to stand out from all of the other words because you should shine and do as much as you can possible to live your life and I highlighted Light because the light is your soul and one day that light will die out.
3) Tell what makes your final design the best one. What design choices make it the most successful?
What makes my design good it that i changed it around made some new designs and changed it around a bit and changed the font and the graph of the picture.
4) Tell three things you learned about designing a successful poster.
Three things that I learned about designing a great poster are:
Change it up a bit do some changes to make it stand out or pop more.
Change up some pictures, fonts, and also designs.
Do something new.
i went in photoshop and cropped it out outlined it and eared the extra picture then went into Laser:10.34.31 and burned it out and colored it with paint markers but i do not like the outcome of it i don't like how the makers spread the paint everywhere. and next time i do this i won't use the paint marker.
The Chute Road concept I am communicating in my piece is Above All Be Kind . The text on my piece will say " Don't Be Petty!" . Here's what is happening scene it's me standing there and people are looking at me a funny i guess. Here is my plan for my final project its gonna be my name with lights inside of it and it lights up.
Media Arts Final Project
The project i want to work on is when i carve out my name and it lights up so i might just want to burn it out on wood and drill hole inside of it an then i want lights to be inside and when i press a certain button is turns different colors and maybe even turn into one color but there are different colors to change it to. it will look like my name in a certain font but the letters might be in cursive and will have holes and inside and a button will be on the side i press to make it light up. it will about me.
I finished the work except that I just need to find a way to put the circuits together and how to keep the lights fully on with out the light flickering on and off. so right now I'm just taking the copper tape off and figuring out whats going on an how to fix it. but so far its going good.
My part I liked somewhat about this class was when I cut my name out on wood. things I got better at was working wth a circuits. I overcame working with the circuits because sometimes the lights wouldn't work with the batteries and I had to do it more than one. something I would change is do more simple projects.
