Welcome to Luke's Page!
The message of my poster is police body cameras should be given to police so that lots of things, like police brutality can hopefully decrease. I chose to make a picture of a camera because that was what was going to make viewers understand what the poster was going to be about. I chose the sun, sky and grass, a peaceful setting, so that my point would be understood when I said police body cameras could bring peace, and so that my poster stood out people would notice and care about the importance of the photo. Before I had my completed poster, I had a photo from the internet as a background, a lot of text and a sideways graph. Then I had gold and blue as a background, less text that didn't make sense, and a faded graph. Then I fixed my poster to the photo up top, which was much of an improvement from my mistakes. I feel the most successful with my poster when I had drew everything but the text and graph, to create an understandable poster.
Frame Project
The first thing I did was think, what should I do, and who should I give this to? so I decided to give it to myself and encourage me, like the format says on the top left. I chose the cursive so that it would look better not bland. Then my job was to create a frame in adobe illustrator. The first frame I made was not the right size, as shown in the bottom left. So I fixed it by measuring my picture, and saved only my frame part on my format as shown in the top right photo. Then I had put it in the website 10.3.4.18 put my frame in, then my picture in and then cut it! the finished frame is displayed on the bottom right.
